TENERIFE COURSES is a consortium of various NGOs and educational professionals that offer innovative and high quality ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility training courses specially designed to meet the needs of teachers and staff from educational centers from Europe. Through our courses, school teaching and non-teaching staff can benefit from professional development abroad, boost in motivation and new inspirational ideas while learners can benefit from new and improved teaching practices. We value human connections and our approach is personal and semiformal.
We provide funding support for writing successful application forms for School Education Staff Mobility (KA101) and Adult Education Staff Mobility (KA104) through Erasmus Plus Programme. You can read more on our Funding Assistance page.

OUR METHODOLOGY AND APPROACH
We use very practical and active teaching methodologies such as:
- Experiential Learning
- Inquiry Based Learning
- Problem-based Learning (PBL)
- Collaborative Learning and Cooperative Learning
- Garden-based learning
We provide the participants with a set of practical exercises, experiments, case studies, games and role plays that they can adapt to a wide variety of topics. In our courses, we emphasize the use active learning methods in order to enable the teachers to start using the new skills immediately in their work and increase the motivation of students.

Eduplus is a non-profit organization created to support the consortium of organizations Tenerife Courses. It promotes the transformation and improvement of society through education, culture, ecology and citizen participation. It facilitates the collaboration between education professionals and other professionals in order to develop and promote active teaching methodologies and innovative tools for formal, non-formal and informal education.

For the last 12 years, Planeta Ciencias nonprofit organization has been working with innovative active learning methodologies. We have two branches, one is located in Tenerife and the other one in Madrid. We have 12 teaching staff and collaborate with around 30 teachers, trainers, facilitators and volunteers. Through our activities (courses, workshops, guided visits), we reach more than 10.000 participating children, parents, teachers and adults every year.
Planeta Ciencias was born in 2005 as part of the international network of French associations Planète Sciences, which has over 50 years of experience innovating in the field of science education with a multi-thematic and multi-professional approach.
During the last decade, Planeta Ciencias has worked with several institutions and centers at local, regional and national level such as Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), European Space Agency (ESA), Astrophysics Institute of Canary Islands (IAC), National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA), National Museum of Science and Technology (MUNCYT), Museum of Science and Cosmos of Tenerife, Canary Islands Government, Madrid City Council and local municipalities and schools among others.

LA TRIBU ESPACIO CREATIVO is a non-profit organization from Tenerife that promotes theater, therapeutic theater and art in general. It counts with an alternative theater space (La Nave de la Tribu) with a stage and creative dress room, where we usually organize the drama-related courses.
LA PUNTA BAJAMAR AVANZANDO is a non-profit socio-cultural organization from Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. AVANZANDO promotes active citizenship, critical thinking and social implication of citizens in the cultural and social life of the local community. Through a participatory approach, the neighbors are empowered to collaborate and exchange knowledge, skills and experiences. AVANZANDO organizes educational activities on topics such as migrations and multiculturalism, tolerance and diversity, sustainable development, recycling and upcycling, healthy lifestyles etc.
