Javier has a degree in Environmental Sciences and Technical Computer Engineering. He is the founder of the Desaplatánate Environmental Association. He has over 10 years of experience with environmental initiatives, including gamified educational activities and outdoor game-based learning.

Pilar is a multi-specialist trainer: therapeutic theater, soft skills, corporal expression, vocal techniques. She has 30+ years of experience with active learning and theater techniques.
She is the founder and manager of the La TRIBU Espacio Creativo Association.
Besides her experience with lifelong education, she is also a stage director, playwright, actress, and acting coach.
