At Tenerife Courses, we believe education is the way towards a better world. Our Erasmus+ training courses bring together teachers, trainers and NGO staff from across Europe to explore creative and inclusive active learning methods. As a small team, every role makes a real difference: by supporting our international participants, you’ll help create learning experiences that make a difference.

Your role: Customer service, email communication and course organisation

You will be the first point of contact for educators and organisations joining our Erasmus+ courses in Tenerife. Your main responsibility is to ensure friendly and professional communication through email and digital tools — from the first enquiry to post-course follow-up. This means helping participants feel welcome, informed and supported, while also doing basic digital marketing to attract new participants.

Main responsibilities

  • Support participants before, during and after courses (practical information, logistics, follow-up)
  • Manage the course calendar and set new dates based on demand.
  • Prepare and send email campaigns/newsletters using our CRM system
  • Keep participant and organisation data up to date in the CRM
  • Assist with course organisation tasks (documentation, participant lists, materials)
  • Collaborate with the team on small communication and marketing projects

Profile of the candidate

  • Excellent spoken and written English (Spanish or other European languages are a plus)
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service via email, CRM or digital channels
  • Course organizing or project management experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, email marketing, databases, Microsoft office etc)
  • Critical thinking (including use of AI) and problem-solving skills
  • A friendly, organized and service-focused attitude
  • Flexibility, autonomy and a proactive approach.
  • Ideal for those who value meaningful work that contributes to a better world.
  • Experience in the social or educational sector, with NGOs or Erasmus+ programs is valued, but not required.

Conditions:

  • Freelance / service contract (you need to be able to invoice)
  • 15–30 hours per week, depending on profile.
  • Hourly compensation: €15–25/hour, depending on qualifications
  • Fully remote role with a flexible schedule (availability during CET working hours)
  • Opportunities for growth: possibility of taking on more responsibilities, leading projects etc.
  • Start date: as soon as possible
  • Duration: long-term collaboration (starting with an initial trial period)
  • Work within a small, multicultural and collaborative team

What we offer

  • Meaningful work with real impact on educators and professionals across Europe
  • Flexibility to organise your schedule for work-life balance, within agreed hours
  • Multidisciplinary tasks in an agile and dynamic environment.
