What happens in case of cancellation?

Tenerife Courses and EDUPLUS Association are not liable for any expenses caused by a case of force majeure. If – for any reason – flights should be cancelled, EDUPLUS Association can not be held responsible for the financial or other consequences concerning travel, accommodation or food. If the registered person(s) should be unable to attend, they might be replaced by someone else from the same organization or attend another of our courses. To do so, they should get in touch with us as soon as possible at tenerifecourses[@]gmail.com.

Concerning the course fee: due to COVID -19 situation EDUPLUS Association will refund the paid course fee only in case of cancellation based on the decisions and directives of official authorities (EU, government, National Agency). If the participant(s) do not want to change dates and attend the course at another time, a cancellation fee of 150 euros per participant will apply.

Please make sure to book flexible flight tickets and make flexible hotel room reservations.

In the unlikely situation that more organizations/participants cancel their participation to the same confirmed course and the minimum number of participants to provide the course is not met, we will have to postpone the course to a further date. We try our best to ensure our service course as planned, but exceptional changes might occur at the time of COVID 19 pandemia.
